KEY LETTINGS AT EXCHANGE FLAGS

UK Land and Property and Pochin have announced two further lettings at Exchange Flags to Knight Frank and Strategic Back Office Solutions (SBOS), taking a combined total of 1,059 sq m (11,400 sq ft).

Knight Frank and SBOS will occupy 418 sq m (4,500 sq ft) and 641 sq m (6,900 sq ft) accommodation respectively at Horton House. The deals follow the acquisition of Walker House last month to complete the ownership of Exchange Flags for the joint venture.

On the lettings, Simon Parker comments: "Knight Frank and SBOS's decision to sign-up alongside Brabners Chaffe Street and Ministry of Defence means over 11,613 sq m (125,000 sq ft) of accommodation has now been let over the past 12 months, further establishing Exchange Flags at the heart of Liverpool's commercial business district."
